Iain Johnston MBA, Dip Law, BA (Hons): Director

 

Iain Johnston has a wealth of experience, from multinational blue chip companies to small businesses. The majority of his work is with SMEs. He has operated and managed in the legal, energy, oleochemical, pharmaceutical and retail sectors. This has resulted in a strong belief in the provision of excellent service focusing on the customer and a desire to maintain and increase the customer base.

He has devised and developed strategy for sustainability and growth, conducted continual process developments and restructured organizations in order to improve efficiencies. He has participated in teams where innovation was essential in order to provide competitive advantage and enhance business development. Iain has an established record of delivering projects in the professional service sector. He is open to ideas and always willing to listen in order to utilise combined ideas to generate the best solution. He understands the importance of team work and is comfortable both leading and participating in teams.

Iain respects the importance of the roles that individuals play within the team and enjoys working with diverse groups. The vast majority of his experience is participating in knowledge worker environments. He recognises the importance of the role of technology to enable organisations to function efficiently but understands that it is the knowledge worker’s skills and ability to provide new ideas that provide the opportunities for growth and development.

Manush Badalyan MBA, MA, BA (Hons): Director

 

Manush Badalyan is the company's founder and she is an experienced and multi-skilled consultant with a successful career track. Prior to consulting, Manush was Managing Director of a successful architectural practice operating in Armenia, USA and other European countries. She has experience managing in the hotel and leisure sector.

Having over 10 years international experience in organisational and business development, Manush understands the challenges of both large corporate companies and the small business environment. Her expertise spans from managing SMEs to conducting audits for growth strategies. Manush is a business generalist understanding different aspects of any business and how they inter-link. She also specialised in business and leadership development.  She is able to tackle projects from strategic and functional aspects. She has a reputation for delivering results through effective business strategies and creating value for customers.

Manush is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian and Armenian and has broad international experience and networks. She also has a strong academic background; she is a Durham MBA graduate with distinction.

Aziz Boghani MBA, BBA: Associate

 

Aziz has gained extensive knowledge working in small business units of big commercial institutions including Financial Service companies Investec, Bank of America and Telecommunications companies including BT and OneTel.

He has ran and worked in many projects relating to operational matters. His primary interest lies in Risk Management. In terms of operational risk management he has devised and developed frameworks to analyse risks to key operations and implement monitoring mechanisms accordingly.

Projects relating to Business Risk and strategic direction cover local, national and international development for clients. Work includes launching products through to fraud control. Using decision making tools, statistical analysis, investment appraisal methods, scenario planning and his knowledge of IT systems, Aziz can add value to many projects.

Working in multi-cultural environments his fluency in Urdu, Hindi and Gujrati have proved useful. He is a strong communicator with a ‘can-do’ approach.
